Bibles, crosses survive West Virginia church fire, firefighters say

This story of the Church fire, the building destroyed, but the bibles and cross unharmed started me thinking.. Do modern day miracles happen?

In the bible we read about miracles happening all the time, it seems like a daily event… Like no big deal.. Now I know that the historical timeline of the bible is not always linear and that sometimes events are grouped together… But still, think about it..

The bible records over 163 miracles (depending on how you count them).. So really, over the span of time, that’s not a lot.. But over 83 are in the New Testament along, and so we are talking what, 33 to 50 years… That 2.5 per year if we use 33 years or 1.66 per year… so really, not that many…

Do we still have them? Do miracles exist today…?

After a West Virginia church went up in flames, firefighters claimed in a Facebook post that no bibles or crosses were burned by the blaze.
