We live in a police state populated by psychopaths where the average American has been reduced to the status of a powerless, clueless slave, existing only to make rich men richer and with nothing left over at the end of each billing cycle to spend on themselves or put back in savings. As far as I am concerned, life in this country at this point has no clear redeeming quality. What’s not to be depressed about? Anyone who’s happy in this country right now is a lunatic, an idiot, or part of the problem…
