Environmentalists in California Now One Step Away from Telling Americans to Consume Their Own Poo.

Ok, a few things here..

1. California is making its own drought. They have water, they regulate that over 50% can only go to enviermental issues. Like saving a tine fish….

2. It’s California, the land of fruits and nuts…. What do you expect.

California is in the middle of a historic drought, one which is leaving citizens without water and without much hope for a reprieve.

But, state officials aren’t without ideas to fix the problem. Governor Jerry Brown recently instituted a strict usage cap and there are plans to convert facilities to be able to process sea water.

It’s looking like these measures may not be enough. The water czar for the city of Santa Barbara, Joshua Haggmark, has come up with the grandest, and most disgusting, idea of all.

  1. I don’t know about you, but if my bank account was experiencing the worst drought in recorded history, I’d be entertaining ideas. 😉

  2. It doesn’t? Because I’m sitting in California right now and I can count the number of rain days I’ve seen in the last two years on one hand. The lake by my house is grass now and I haven’t seen a good snow year in the Sierras since 2011. My boss just got back from Lake Mead and said he’s never seen it low like that before. I hope you’re right, but from where I’m sitting, I’ll tell ya, it feels pretty bad.

    • I am sure there is a drought, but my comments are mostly about the fact that the state of California is making it worst, The tree huger’s have taken over and place trees and little fish over humans. I agree we need to look out for our planet, but we need to be realistic and responsible…

  3. Oh also, have you done any posts on Obama’s TPP? I’m curious to read your opinion on it because I don’t think it’s a good idea and most progressive liberals don’t. I’m thinking that this may be an issue that progressive liberals and conservatives agree on. Just curious. Hope it’s ok that I asked about it here, since it’s off topic.
