It is still August, so I am still on my break, but I have a few moments, so I thought I would see what I had to say, if anything. Lots of things are on my mind:
· The election coming up and the moral responsibility we all have to vote.
· The start of a new school year, and STATIC entering its 4th year
· The moral state of our nation, and world as a whole
· The sometimes very depressing politics of the Catholic Church
· The price of food, gas and everything else
· So many good books to read and so little time to do so
o Currently reading the following
§ Steven King’s – Duma Keys
§ How would God Vote
§ Peter Pan
§ Introduction to the Devout life
§ And a few others I can’t remember the names of
§ I would also recommend Who Really Cares
The list could go on to how I feel that the Beatles are the best rock band ever, or how the movie August Rush is my new favorite, and would recommend everyone see it. I could even argue the benefits to one’s health by being a conservative as opposed to as a liberal, but I won’t.
The list above would all be good topics for a blog, and one day I am sure I would cover them all in one form or another. But today I think I will just talk in the very general terms, just allow my mind to drift, as I listen to www.beatlesradio.com at work waiting for an email response so I can continue working.
On that note, I am off to do more work, listen to the Beatles a bit longer, and then it may be
back to Christmas music, who knows… I may even listen to some 80’s music… Whatever I do, I will do with a smile on my face and a song in my heart!
God Bless
Paul
